Policies

ARRIVAL
Please aim to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time with clean/makeup free eyes and lashes, to avoid being charged a make-up removal fee.
Wax appointments: Have a 5 minute grace period. Due to the short nature of wax services, if you arrive 5 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time the appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full cost of the service.
Lash appointments:
Have a 15 minute grace period. If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment start time the appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full cost of the service.


CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule/cancel a booked appointment without penalty.


PAYMENT
All clients are required to leave a credit card on file to reserve appointments. Pure Bliss Beautique reserves the right to use this card as payment for services if you choose to use it as payment method, and/or for cancellation/no-show fees.
*Card must be in the name of the person who is receiving the service or the card holder must be present if the name on the card is different than the name of the person who received the service*

SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY
If you or another person in your household has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of staff and other clients, please DO NOT come to your appointment sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again.


CANCELLATION + NO SHOW
As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 72 and 24 hours prior to your appointment either by text, email or both. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee. If you no show or reschedule your appointment within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 100% of your service as a no show fee. A credit card deposit is required at the time of booking and will go towards the cost of service once fulfilled. This is to protect your time that is set aside especially for you, as well as to protect our time which books up quickly. In turn, we promise to keep appointments on time, give you our full undivided attention and of course, the best lash work Tampa has to offer!

REFUND POLICY
You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 45 minute express touch-up, if it is at fault of application or product. (Touch-up must be scheduled within 7 days of initial appointment) Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow proper aftercare instructions, will be charged full price for the service.

 

SERVICES

  • Each eyelash extension service will be accompanied by a complimentary lash bath. The removal of make-up is not included in the complimentary service and will be subject to a $10 make-up removal fee.

  • Proper aftercare is vital for the health and longevity of your lash extensions. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who consistently showing signs of improper aftercare and lack of hygiene in regards to their lash extensions.​

  • Refill Policy
       â€‹• A fill is usually scheduled within 2-3 weeks of your last application. In order for your appointment to be considered a fill, you must have at least 40-50% of your eyelash extensions remaining. Otherwise, less than 40% of extensions remaining will result in a full set at full set price.

     

  • Removal Policy
       • Albeit rare, it is possible to develop an allergic reaction to eyelash extensions. At the first instance you notice any reaction(s), contact me immediately (text 813-530-5350). Removals due to an allergic reaction, will not be charged.

OTHER ARTISTS' WORK
If you currently have eyelash extensions on from another lash artist, there may be the possibility that your current extensions will need to be removed and put back on properly. Due to the unregulated nature of eyelash extension training's, certifications and state board regulations, there are a lot of lash artists that have been improperly trained and at Pure Bliss Beautique, our priority is your natural lash health and eye safety. Thus, if you are coming in for a refill from another lash artist you agree that your current extensions may need to be removed and a new full set will be applied at the appropriate full set price. This will be discussed and fully explained to you prior to any service being performed.

 

REFERRALS
We love referrals! Refer a friend and once your referral has booked and fulfilled their service, you will receive 15% off your next service and your friend will receive 15% off their first service.
